Can I cancel or return an unwanted gift?

Yes, as per our Returns Policy, you can return your item to us within 14 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state.

Please also note:

• Items must be in new re-sellable condition with original packaging (unless returning as arrived faulty/damaged)
• Whereas most items can be exchanged/refunded, unfortunately some items such as perishable goods (e.g. food, hampers, wine), items made to specification (e.g. personalised gifts), earrings, etc cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; this does not affect your statutory rights.
